Check-in and Check-out Information:

Check-in Process:

• Private Campers can check in at the tent camping area any time or day after 12 noon on Wednesday, May 21st, 2025. Notify us when you are completely done with check-in and have secured an area for us to set up your camp, and we will promptly meet you at your camp for setup.

Check-out Procedure:

• Staff will arrive on the morning of Monday, May 26th, 2025, to break down your camp for you. The responsibility for the equipment extends until our staff arrive to perform the breakdown of the camp, regardless of the scheduled check-out time.
• Do not abandon our equipment under any circumstances. If you have a time constraint, please communicate it upon booking and check-in, and we will do everything in our power to accommodate you. If we are late, you will still be responsible for the equipment until we arrive. We make private camps a priority when performing camp breakdowns to ensure any inconvenience you may experience is minor.
