Check-in:

• Our Community Camp will be located in the Car Camping area of the festival grounds. YOU ARE REQUIRED TO HAVE A CAR CAMPING PASS TO BOOK A COMMUNITY CAMP WITH US!
• Community Campers are required to enter the campgrounds with us. The meet up will be at 285 E Hospitality Ln, San Bernardino, CA 92408 (DoubleTree Hotel by Hilton) at 10:30 AM on DATE TBA, for a coordinated entry into the festival grounds. The group departure is scheduled for 11:00 AM.
• If a guest cannot make it to the meet-up, they can provide their tent camping pass to us to secure a spot next to the community camp. If they opt not to provide their tent camping pass and do not make it to the meet-up on time, they will need to pay an additional $150 for a private camp upgrade.

Check-out:

• Responsibility for the equipment concludes upon departure from the campsite. Renters must vacate by 10 AM on (DATE TBA).

• Power Supply: Charge your devices with a power supply unit featuring 2 power outlets and 4 USB outlets, powered by a large solar panel.
• Community Lounge Access: Enjoy Wi-Fi, comfortable couches, a food prep area, private showers, and changing stations in our exclusive community lounge.
