- Comfortable Bedding: Sleep soundly on an 18-inch thick queen-sized air mattress with premium sheets and a plush queen-sized blanket.

Check-in and Check-out:
- Check-in:
- Electric Forest’s check-in for non-group campers begins on Thursday, June 20, 2025.
- Private campers that are part of another group can arrive anytime after noon on Tuesday, June 18, 2025.
- Private campers that are NOT part of another group camp can start arriving at the venue on Thursday, June 20, 2025.
- Our Company staff will accommodate private campers upon their arrival at the venue.
- Check-out: The responsibility for the equipment extends until our Company staff arrives to perform the breakdown of the camp, regardless of the scheduled check-out time. Communicate any time constraints upon booking and check-in, and we will do our best to accommodate you. Do not abandon our equipment. If we are running late, you will still be responsible for the equipment until we arrive.
Important Notes:
- Shuttle Passes: Shuttle services are not included but can be purchased from Electric Forest. Visit the official Electric Forest website for pricing and details.
- Carpooling: We’ll set up a group chat to help guests arrange carpools. Best in Tents is not liable for carpool-related issues.
- Vehicles: If you plan on bringing a vehicle, you’ll need a GA camping pass.
- Camping Passes/Tickets: Our packages do not cover the cost of festival tickets or camping passes; these must be obtained directly through Electric Forest’s official website.
Payment Plan Details:
Our flexible interest-free payment plan makes it easy to book your Electric Forest Camping Rental while spreading the cost over manageable monthly payments. Here’s how it works:
- Immediate First Payment: The first payment is charged as soon as you complete your purchase, securing your booking.
- Automatic Monthly Payments: The remaining payments will be automatically charged based on the terms outlined in the payment plan (e.g., $150.00/month for 6 months).
- Tailored Plans: Payment plan terms vary depending on the total cost of the product. Please refer to the specific plan details listed in the product description.
- Seamless Process: No additional setup is required after purchase—just sit back and enjoy the convenience of automatic payments.
- Missed Payments: If any payment fails to go through for any reason, the remaining balance must be paid in full before you can redeem your booking.
- Non-Payment Consequences: If you fail to pay the full balance by the start of the festival, you will not be able to redeem your camp, and no refunds will be issued for any payments already made.
- Cancellation Policy: Please note that if you decide to cancel your payment plan for any reason, no refunds will be provided for installments already paid.
3rd Person Upgrade:
- If you plan on having 3 people at your camp you will have to purchase an additional camp or take advantage of our 3rd person upgrade. The upgrade will include an additional twin-size air mattress complete with a pillow, soft blanket, and premium bedding!
