• Community Lounge Access: Enjoy full access to our community lounge area, featuring WiFi, community changing stations, showers, inflatable couches for lounging, and a grill, stove, and food prep area.

• Check-in: Community Campers are welcome to arrive at the official campgrounds anytime after noon on Tuesday, June 10, 2025. Upon arrival, please check in at the designated Best in Tents LLC area where our staff will assist you with your camping setup and provide any necessary information.
• Check-out: The responsibility for the equipment concludes upon your departure from the campsite. Please vacate the campsite by 10 am on Monday, June 16, 2025. Ensure all provided equipment is left in good condition to avoid any additional charges for damages or missing items.

• Shuttle Passes: Shuttle services are not included but can be purchased from Perkins Shuttle service. Visit the official Perkins Shuttle service site for pricing and details.
• Carpooling: We’ll set up a group chat to help guests arrange carpools. Best in Tents is not liable for carpool-related issues.
• Community Camp Location: We will be setting up in the Sputnik camping area.
• Parking: If bringing a vehicle, you need to purchase a GA camping pass to get your vehicle in.
• Camping Passes/Tickets: Our packages do not cover the cost of festival tickets or camping passes; these must be obtained directly through the Bonnaroo official website.

• If you plan on having 3 people at your camp you will have to add an additional camp or opt for a 3rd person upgrade. The upgrade will include an additional twin-size air mattress complete with a pillow, soft blanket, and premium bedding!

• Prefer to camp away from the community camp area? Opt for our VIP Placement add-on! Our team will meet you anywhere on the festival grounds and set up your luxury camp exactly where you want it, giving you a more private and personalized experience.

Our flexible interest-free payment plan makes it easy to book your Electric Forest Camping Rental while spreading the cost over manageable monthly payments. Here’s how it works:

1. Immediate First Payment: Your first payment is charged at checkout, securing your reservation.

2. Manual Monthly Payments Required: For your privacy and security, we do not store payment information or charge automatic payments. You’ll need to log into your account each month to submit your next payment. While we may reach out if we notice a payment is overdue, it is your responsibility to keep up with your payment schedule to ensure your booking remains active.

3. Tailored Plans: Payment terms vary depending on the product price (e.g., $150/month for 6 months). Please check the product page for your specific plan.

4. No Setup Required: Once you complete your initial checkout, your payment schedule is set. Just log in each month to continue your payments.

5. Missed or Late Payments: If a payment is missed, the full remaining balance must be paid before your booking can be redeemed.

6. Non-Payment Policy: If your balance is not paid in full by the start of the festival, your camp will not be reserved, and no refunds will be issued.

7. Cancellation Policy: You may cancel your plan at any time, but please note that all payments made up to that point are non-refundable.
