What's Included
- Personalized Placement: Choose your preferred location within the Wakaan campgrounds, and our team will meet you there to set up your luxury camp.
- Full Setup Service: Enjoy stress-free convenience as we set up your 7×7 canvas tipi, 18-inch queen-sized air mattress, premium bedding, UV-resistant canopy, and all other included amenities.
- All Community Camp Amenities: Enjoy full access to our community lounge area, featuring WiFi, changing stations, showers, inflatable couches, a grill, stove, and food prep area.

Check-in:
You are welcome to arrive any time after Thursday, October 2nd after 12:00 PM. Once you’ve entered the grounds and finished festival check-in, shoot us a message and we’ll head straight to your location to set up your dream camp.

Check-out:
Please wait until staff arrive to vacate your campsite! You are responsible for the equipment until we arrive on Monday, October 6th. If you have time constraints communicate them to us upon check in and we will do everything in our power to accommodate you.
Important Notes
- 🚐 Shuttles: Wakaan does not as of now provide shuttles. If something changes we will list it on our instagram!
- 🤝 Carpooling: We’ll start a group chat for guests looking to link up, but Best in Tents is not liable for carpool-related issues.
- 📍 Community Camp Location: Right in the tent/car camping zone for quick fest access. (More info TBA)
- 🚗 Vehicle Pass Not Included: If bringing your own car into the campgrounds make sure you purchase a vehicle pass from Wakaan’s site.
- 🎫 Festival Ticket NOT Included – This rental does not include your festival pass! Get your pass directly from Wakaan’s site.
3rd Person Upgrade
- If you plan on having 3 people at your camp you will have to purchase an additional camp or take advantage of our 3rd person upgrade. The upgrade will include an additional twin-size air mattress complete with a pillow, soft blanket, and premium bedding!
