Whether you prefer to be closer to the action or in a more peaceful area, this upgrade gives you control over your campsite placement—while still enjoying full Dream Camp luxury and community amenities.

What's Included
- Personalized Placement: Choose your preferred spot within the venue—we’ll meet you there for full setup.
- Complete Setup: Includes your 7×7 ft canvas tipi, 18-inch queen air mattress, premium bedding, canopy, chairs, cooler, solar unit, lighting, and more.
- Community Access: Enjoy all Dream Camp shared amenities, including WiFi, changing stations, showers, inflatable lounges, grill/stove, and prep area.
Check-in and Check-out
- Check-In:
Available from 12:00 PM on Tuesday, October 28, 2025 (with early arrival access). Once you’re checked in and have secured your camping spot, notify us and we’ll meet you for setup.
- Check-Out:
Campers must vacate by 10:00 AM on Monday, November 3, 2025. Please remain on-site until our team arrives to retrieve the gear. Let us know in advance if you need to leave early.
Important Notes
- Shuttles: Complimentary shuttle service is provided for campers. Visit the official event website for details.
- Carpooling: We’ll create a group chat for guests to coordinate rides. Best in Tents is not responsible for transportation arrangements.
- GA Tent Area: While this add-on allows custom placement, our standard setup location is the GA Tent Camping area near central amenities.
- Vehicles: Primitive car camping passes are required for overnight parking. Without one, you must park in the day lot and use the shuttle. Overnight parking is not permitted in the day lot.
- Tickets & Passes: Festival admission, camping, and parking passes must be purchased separately. Visit the official event website for details.
