Event Details
- Location: Double JJ Resort, Rothbury, Michigan
- Dates: June 18–21, 2026
Check-in and Check-out
- Check-in: Arrive anytime after 7 PM on June 16, 2026. Meet our team at the designated tent area for assistance.
- Check-out: Departure is by 10 AM on the final day. Please do not abandon equipment. Let us know if you need timing support—we’re happy to help.
Important Notes
- Tickets & Passes: Tickets, parking, and camping passes are not included. Best in Tents is not affiliated with or endorsed by Electric Forest. For official ticketing information, please visit the official event website.
- Shuttles: Shuttle passes must be purchased separately.
- Camp Location: We will be in the designated tent camping area. Contact us on arrival for directions to your setup.
- Carpooling: We’ll coordinate a group chat to help guests connect—carpool participation is at your own discretion.
3rd Person Upgrade
- Bringing a third camper? Add our 3rd Person Upgrade for an extra twin mattress, pillow, blanket, and premium bedding.
Work to Earn Crew Program
- Discounts are available for campers that would like to join our “work to earn” crew and help with set up, breakdown or both! Spots are limited, apply here if you are interested!
- If you are able to help with both set up and break down you will qualify for a 50% discount. If you are only able to help with one of the two, you will qualify for a 25% discount.
- If you and a friend are willing to share a camp, and you both are able to attend and help for both set up and breakdown, you can combine your two 50% discounts for 100% off of your camp!
- In order to help you will have to be available and present the day we are setting up or breaking down. The set up and breakdown dates and times for this event are as follows:
- Set up: June 17th @ 9:00 AM
- Breakdown: June 22nd @ 9:00 AM
