- Spacious Canvas Tent: 7×7 ft tipi-style tent with 8 ft center height
- Lock & Privacy: Secure lock included
- Queen Bed: 18” thick air mattress with premium sheets and blanket
- Outdoor Blanket: Handmade floor blanket from Mexico
- Seating: Two comfy camping chairs
- Storage: 36-quart wheeled ice chest
- Shade: 10×10 UV-resistant canopy (mesh walls optional)
- Comfort: Rechargeable fan and color-changing lights
- Power: 200W solar-powered unit with 2 AC + 4 USB outlets
- Community Lounge Access: WiFi, showers, couches, changing stations, and a food prep area
Check-in and Check-out
- Check-in: DATES TBA. Notify us after festival check-in for guided arrival. Join our 5:00 PM group meetup at Walmart Supercenter (911 Hebron Rd, Heath, OH 43056) for car camping access near community Dream Camp.
- Important: If you miss the meetup, the festival may assign a different parking spot. You’re still welcome to walk over and stay in our camp.
- Check-out: DATES TBA. Equipment responsibility ends upon departure.
Important Notes
- Tickets & Passes: Not included. Best in Tents is not affiliated with or endorsed by Lost Lands. For ticketing, visit the official event website.
- Community Camp Location: We set up in GA Car Camping.
- Parking: A parking or camping pass is required if bringing a vehicle. These must be obtained separately.
- Shuttles: Shuttle options can be purchased through the official shuttle partner.
- Carpooling: We’ll help coordinate rides via a private group chat.
3rd Person Upgrade
- Bringing a third guest? Add a 3rd person upgrade to your order for an extra twin mattress, blanket, pillow, and premium bedding.
VIP Placement Add-On
- Want a more private setup? Book our VIP Placement Upgrade and we’ll set up your camp at any allowed spot on the festival grounds.
- Note: A valid tent camping pass is required for VIP Placement. Not included in this rental.
Payment Plan Details
💳 How It Works:
✅ First payment is charged at checkout
✅ Remaining balance is auto-charged monthly on the same date
✅ We retry failed payments and notify you via email
✅ Transparent payment schedule available at checkout and in your account
🔒 Payment Policies:
– If your payment fails multiple times and remains unpaid, your reservation may be canceled
– Your camp is not reserved unless the plan is paid in full before the festival
– All payments made are non-refundable
– Cancel anytime, but cancellation forfeits the camp
