- ✅ Automatic Monthly Payments: Remaining balance is charged monthly—no manual action needed.
- ✅ Failed Payments: We’ll retry and notify you to update your payment method.

🔒 Important Policies:
- Missed Payments: Multiple failed payments may result in cancellation. Full payment is required before check-in.
- Non-Payment by Event: If your subscription isn’t paid in full by the festival start date, your camp will not be reserved and no refunds will be issued.
- Cancellation: You may cancel at any time, but payments are non-refundable. Canceling before final payment forfeits your reservation.
By subscribing, you authorize Best in Tents to charge your saved payment method automatically until the full balance is paid.

Check-in and Check-out
- Check-in: With early arrival, access begins at 12:00 PM on Tuesday, October 28th, 2025. After you’re inside the venue, contact us and we’ll guide you to your setup.
- Check-out: All guests must be packed and off-site by 10:00 AM on Monday, November 3rd, 2025.
Important Notes
- Shuttle Info: Shuttle services are available for this event! For details, visit the official event website.
- Carpooling: We’ll coordinate a guest group chat to encourage ridesharing. We are not liable for arrangements.
- Camp Area: Set up in the GA Tent Camping area, close to amenities.
- Vehicle Policy: Cars require a primitive camping pass. Without one, overnight parking is not allowed in the day lot.
- Passes: Festival tickets, early arrival, and parking passes are not included. Please visit the official event website to purchase.
