• Check-in: Arrive any time after 12 noon on the official early arrival date (TBA). Check in at our Best in Tents welcome area and we’ll escort you to your fully built camp.
• Check-out: Camps must be vacated by 10 AM Monday. Please leave equipment in good condition to avoid any additional charges.

• Shuttles: Shuttle services are not included. Third-party options like Perkins Shuttle may be available—visit their official site for availability.
• Carpooling: A group chat will be created to coordinate carpools. Best in Tents is not responsible for transportation issues.
• Camp Location: Shared space within the tent/car camping area. Exact placement TBA.
• Parking: A GA camping pass or parking pass is required for vehicle entry.
• Tickets & Passes: Festival entry is not included. Visit the official event website to purchase tickets and camping passes.

• Have a third guest? Add our 3rd person upgrade to include a twin air mattress, bedding, and extra comfort—no second camp needed.

• Want a private location? Opt for the VIP Placement upgrade and we’ll set up your camp anywhere allowed on the festival grounds, for a more custom experience.

💳 How It Works:

• Initial Payment: Your first installment is charged at checkout to secure your reservation.
• Automatic Billing: Remaining payments are automatically processed monthly using your saved card—no logins or reminders needed.
• Failed Payments: We’ll retry automatically and notify you if a payment fails, giving you a chance to update your card.
• View Your Schedule: Your full payment schedule is shown during checkout and is always visible in your account dashboard.

🔒 Payment Policy:

• If your balance isn’t paid in full before the festival begins, your camp will not be reserved, and no refunds will be issued.
• You may cancel anytime, but all completed payments are non-refundable. Canceling early forfeits your reservation.

By enrolling, you authorize Best in Tents to charge your saved payment method monthly until the balance is paid in full.
