• Power Unit: Solar-powered station with 2 AC outlets + 4 USB ports.
• Community Lounge Access: WiFi, showers, changing stations, inflatable couches, grill, stove, and prep area included.

• Check-in:
  • Arrive any time after 12 noon on Wednesday, May 20th. Once you’re through the gates and fully checked in, let us know—we’ll walk you directly to your camp setup.

  Check-out:

  • You’re responsible for the equipment until departure.
  • Please vacate by 10 AM on Monday, May 25th.

• Shuttle Passes: A third-party shuttle called the Lightning Bus runs from LAX and Downtown LA. For booking, visit the official shuttle website.
• Carpooling: We facilitate carpools through group chats. Best in Tents is not responsible for ride logistics.
• Camp Location: Dream Camp will be located in the tent/car camping section.
• Vehicles: No vehicle is required, but if bringing one, you’ll need a car camping pass.
• Tickets & Passes: Festival tickets and camping passes are not included. Best in Tents is not affiliated with or endorsed by Lightning in a Bottle. Visit the official event website for ticketing details.

• Have a third person joining you? Add our 3rd person upgrade to include a twin air mattress, premium bedding, and a soft blanket—so everyone sleeps in comfort.

• Want a more private location? Select our VIP Placement upgrade and we’ll set up your camp wherever you’re allowed on-site—perfect for those with special access or larger group plans.

💳 How It Works:

• First Payment at Checkout: Your first payment is processed immediately to lock in your camp.
• Monthly Charges: The rest is automatically billed each month using your card on file—no need to log in or worry.
• Failed Payments: We’ll retry failed charges and notify you so you can update your payment method if needed.
• Transparent Schedules: Your full payment timeline is shown at checkout and always available in your customer dashboard.

🔒 Important Policies:

• Missed Payments: Multiple failed payments may result in cancellation. The full balance must be paid to receive your camp.
• Non-Payment by Festival Start: If your balance is unpaid by the event, your camp will not be reserved and no refunds will be given.
• Cancel Anytime: You can cancel your plan at any time, but all payments made are non-refundable and your spot will be forfeited.

By subscribing, you authorize Best in Tents to charge your saved payment method automatically until the balance is paid in full.
