- Transportation: While Best in Tents does not offer shuttles, you can check the official event website for info on the Burner Express Bus from Reno and San Francisco.
- Group Travel: We’ll create a group chat so campers can coordinate carpools if desired. All arrangements are self-organized and at your own risk.
- Vehicle Passes: A vehicle pass is required for entry into Black Rock City. Secure yours from the official event website.
- Event Tickets: This rental does not include event tickets or vehicle passes. Purchase separately at the official event website.
Payment Plan Details
- First Payment Required: Your first installment is paid at checkout to confirm your reservation.
- Manual Monthly Payments: You’ll log into your account monthly to make payments. We do not store payment data or charge automatically.
- Flexible Schedules: Plans vary based on your rental total (e.g., $150/month for 6 months). Check this product page for your custom plan.
- Simple Setup: No extra steps needed after checkout—just log in monthly to stay current.
- Late Payments: If a payment is missed, your full remaining balance must be paid before pickup.
- Non-Payment: If your balance is not paid in full by the event start, your gear will not be reserved and no refunds will be issued.
- Cancellations: You may cancel your plan at any time. All payments made are non-refundable.
