Event Details
- Location: Quincy, Washington — The Gorge Amphitheatre
- Campground: The Grove (adjacent to Gold Camping), featuring dedicated restrooms and showers
- Walking Distance: Short walk to the main venue entrance
- Dates: Camping opens Friday, May 23rd — checkout Monday, May 26th (2026)
Check-in and Check-out
- Check-In: Arrive anytime after 11 AM on Friday, May 23rd. Meet us at The Grove to be escorted to your fully set-up camp.
- Check-Out: Camps must be vacated by 12 PM (noon) on Monday, May 26th. Please do not abandon gear—coordinate pickup if you need flexibility.
Important Notes
- Tickets & Passes: Not included. Best in Tents is not affiliated with or endorsed by Griztronics or The Gorge Amphitheatre. Please visit the official event website for ticketing.
- Parking: The Gorge may offer free overnight parking. If not, a GA Car Camping Pass will be required for any vehicle staying overnight, and it will serve as your parking/camping spot.
- Carpooling: We’ll help connect guests, but travel arrangements are your responsibility.
3rd Person Upgrade
- Planning to bring a third guest? Add the 3rd Person Upgrade for an additional twin air mattress, bedding, and pillow.
Work to Earn Crew Program
- Discounts are available for campers that would like to join our “work to earn” crew and help with set up, breakdown or both! Spots are limited, apply here if you are interested!
- If you are able to help with both set up and break down you will qualify for a 50% discount. If you are only able to help with one of the two, you will qualify for a 25% discount.
- If you and a friend are willing to share a camp, and you both are able to attend and help for both set up and breakdown, you can combine your two 50% discounts for 100% off of your camp!
- In order to help you will have to be available and present the day we are setting up or breaking down. The set up and breakdown dates and times for this event are as follows:
- Set up: May 23rd @ 9:00 AM
- Breakdown: May 26th @ 9:00 AM
