🔒 Important Policies:

• Missed Payments: If multiple payments fail and your balance remains unpaid, your reservation may be canceled.
• Unpaid at Event Start: The plan must be fully paid before the event start date. Unpaid reservations will not be set up. No refunds will be issued.
• Cancellation Policy: Cancel anytime, but all payments made are non-refundable. Canceling before final payment forfeits your reservation.

By subscribing, you authorize Best in Tents to charge your saved payment method automatically each month until your balance is paid in full.

• Check-In: Anytime after 11 AM on Friday, May 23rd. Meet us at The Grove (adjacent to Gold Camping) and we’ll walk you to your camp.
• Check-Out: Depart by 12 PM (noon) on Monday, May 26th. Guests are responsible for equipment until our team retrieves it.

• Tickets & Passes: Not included. Best in Tents is not affiliated with or endorsed by Griztronics or The Gorge Amphitheatre. For official tickets, visit the event website.
• Parking: The Gorge may allow free overnight parking. If not, a GA Car Camping Pass is required for vehicles staying overnight.
• Shuttles: Transportation options available via local Gorge shuttle providers.
• Carpooling: We may set up a group chat to help coordinate travel if needed.
