As a member of our work to earn crew, you’ll help us with our set up and break down days, and still get to enjoy the entire festival without interruption.

What You'll Do
- Assist our team with setting up and breaking down the individual camps, our community area, and other amenities
- Assisting with packing, loading and unloading the equipment to/from the trailer
- Helping us continue our legacy of leaving no trace by making sure we leave our area spotless💪

- Crew Members with a strong work ethic and good attitude that like to have fun while working
- Reliable crew members who align with our brand values of sustainability, comfort, and community.

- Can equate to $35 to $45 an hour in savings!
