What’s Included:
- Spacious Canvas Tent: Enjoy a roomy 7×7 feet canvas tent Tipi with a height of 8 feet, providing ample space and a cozy environment.
- Secure Lock: Keep your belongings safe with a secure lock for added privacy and security.
- Comfortable Bedding: Sleep soundly on an 18-inch thick queen-sized air mattress with premium sheets and a plush queen-sized blanket.
- Unique Touches: Experience the added comfort of a handmade outdoor-use blanket from Mexico (for floor).
- Outdoor Seating: Relax in two (2) comfortable camping chairs.
- Convenient Amenities: Utilize a small table for holding drinks and small items, and a 36-quart ice chest on wheels for storing and cooling beverages and food.
- Shade and Protection: Stay cool under a 10×10 UV-resistant canopy (mesh walls available upon request).
- Ventilation and Lighting: Enjoy a 6-inch rechargeable electric fan for ventilation and color-changing lights to create a pleasant and customizable ambiance.
- Power Supply: Charge your devices with a power supply unit featuring 2 power outlets and 4 USB outlets, each providing 200 watts of power, powered by a large solar panel.
- Community Lounge Access: Enjoy full access to our community lounge area, featuring WiFi, community changing stations, showers, inflatable couches for lounging, and a grill, stove, and food prep area.
Check-in and Check-out:
- Check-in: Private Campers can check in at any camping area after 1 pm on Wednesday, August 13, 2025. Notify us once you have secured an area, and we will promptly meet you at your camp for setup.
- Check-out: Staff will arrive on the morning of August 18, 2025, to break down your camp for you. The responsibility for the equipment extends until our Company staff arrives to perform the breakdown of the camp, regardless of the scheduled check-out time. Communicate any time constraints upon booking and check-in, and we will do our best to accommodate you. Do not abandon our equipment. If we are running late, you will still be responsible for the equipment until we arrive. We make private camps a priority when performing camp breakdowns to ensure any inconvenience you may experience is minor.
Shuttles:
- Best in Tents will not be providing shuttles to and from the venue. Shuttle passes will be available for purchase on the official Bass Canyon website. Prices for shuttle passes have not been posted yet.
- For our guests’ convenience, we will create a group chat with all our guests to arrange carpools amongst themselves. Best in Tents does not assume any liability for any delays, injuries, or inconveniences that arise from the carpools that our guests arrange.
Important Notes:
- Shuttle Passes: Shuttle services are not included but can be purchased from Gorge Shuttles. Visit the official Gorge Shuttles website for pricing and details.
- Carpooling: We’ll set up a group chat to help guests arrange carpools. Best in Tents is not liable for carpool-related issues.
- Passes Required: In order to enter the campgrounds, you’ll need a camping pass. Any camping pass will do, including GA.
- Camping Passes/Tickets: Our packages do not cover the cost of festival tickets or camping passes; these must be obtained directly through the Bass Canyon Official Site.
Payment Plan Details:
Our flexible interest-free payment plan makes it easy to book your Bass Canyon Camping Rental while spreading the cost over manageable monthly payments. Here’s how it works:
- Immediate First Payment: The first payment is charged as soon as you complete your purchase, securing your booking.
- Automatic Monthly Payments: The remaining payments will be automatically charged based on the terms outlined in the payment plan (e.g., $150.00/month for 6 months).
- Tailored Plans: Payment plan terms vary depending on the total cost of the product. Please refer to the specific plan details listed in the product description.
- Seamless Process: No additional setup is required after purchase—just sit back and enjoy the convenience of automatic payments.
- Missed Payments: If any payment fails to go through for any reason, the remaining balance must be paid in full before you can redeem your booking.
- Non-Payment Consequences: If you fail to pay the full balance by the start of the festival, you will not be able to redeem your camp, and no refunds will be issued for any payments already made.
- Cancellation Policy: Please note that if you decide to cancel your payment plan for any reason, no refunds will be provided for installments already paid.
3rd Person Upgrade:
- If you plan on having 3 people at your camp you will have to add an additional camp or opt for a 3rd person upgrade. The upgrade will include an additional twin-size air mattress complete with a pillow, soft blanket, and premium bedding!
