• Burning Man is a one-of-a-kind experience that thrives on a gift culture free from money and branding. At Best in Tents, we honor these values by providing Burning Man camping rental packages as a simple equipment rental transaction, conducted outside of the festival. This includes gear designed to support your journey while respecting the event’s principles.To enhance your experience, we’ve partnered with Camp Goat Energy, a group dedicated to embodying the ethos of Burning Man. Camp Goat Energy will teach participants how to use, set up, and break down the equipment while ensuring all logos and brands are covered.Camp Goat Energy also gifts amenities like WiFi, electricity, showers (bring your own water and grey water container), and even messages from the universe—all designed to enrich your playa adventure.

• Your package includes essential equipment designed for comfort and sustainability in Black Rock City’s playa environment:
  • Spacious Canvas Tent: Enjoy a roomy 7×7 feet canvas tent Tipi with a height of 8 feet, providing ample space and a cozy environment.
  • Secure Lock: Keep your belongings safe with a secure lock for added privacy and security.
  • Comfortable Bedding: Sleep soundly on an 18-inch thick queen-sized air mattress with premium sheets and a plush queen-sized blanket.
  • Unique Touches: Experience the added comfort of a handmade outdoor-use blanket from Mexico (for floor).
  • Outdoor Seating: Relax in two (2) comfortable camping chairs.
  • Convenient Amenities: Utilize a small table for holding drinks and small items, and a 36-quart ice chest on wheels for storing and cooling beverages and food.
  • Shade and Protection: Stay cool under a 10×10 UV-resistant canopy (mesh walls available upon request).
  • Ventilation and Lighting: Enjoy a 6-inch rechargeable electric fan for ventilation and color-changing lights to create a pleasant and customizable ambiance.
  • Power Supply: Charge your devices with a power supply unit featuring 2 power outlets and 4 USB outlets, each providing 200 watts of power, powered by a large solar panel.

   

• All equipment is packed conveniently in a duffle bag, ready for pickup at Pyramid Storage Unit in Sparks, NV.

• Solar-Powered WiFi and Charging Stations: Stay connected.
• Outdoor Kitchen: Equipped with stoves, utensils, and cookware.
• Shower Facilities: Responsible water management required.
• Bike Fleet: Eco-friendly transportation across the playa.

• • Pickup Location: Pyramid Storage Unit, 1070 Roberta Ln, Sparks, NV 89431.
  • Drop-Off Deadline: Return all equipment by 3 PM, Tuesday, September 2, 2025.

• Shuttle Services: While there are no official Burning Man shuttles provided by Best in Tents, the Burner Express Bus offers transportation from Reno and San Francisco directly to Black Rock City. For pricing, details, and reservations, please visit the official Burner Express Bus website.
• Carpooling: We’ll facilitate a group chat to help guests arrange carpools to Black Rock City. Please note, Best in Tents is not liable for any carpool-related issues.
• Camp Location: Our community camp, in collaboration with Camp Goat Energy, will be set up in a designated camping area on the playa. Specific directions will be provided upon your arrival.
• Vehicle Requirements: A vehicle pass is required for any cars entering Black Rock City. Be sure to secure one through Burning Man’s official website if you plan to drive.
• Tickets: Our camping rental packages do not include festival tickets or vehicle passes. These must be purchased separately through Burning Man’s official website.

Our flexible payment plan makes it easy to reserve your Burning Man Camping Rental while spreading the cost over manageable monthly payments. Here’s how it works:

1. Immediate First Payment: Your first payment is charged at checkout, securing your reservation.

2. Manual Monthly Payments Required: For your privacy and security, we do not store payment information or charge automatic payments. You’ll need to log into your account each month to submit your next payment. While we may reach out if we notice a payment is overdue, it is your responsibility to keep up with your payment schedule to ensure your booking remains active.

3. Tailored Plans: Payment terms vary depending on the product price (e.g., $150/month for 6 months). Please check the product page for your specific plan.

4. No Setup Required: Once you complete your initial checkout, your payment schedule is set. Just log in each month to continue your payments.

5. Missed or Late Payments: If a payment is missed, the full remaining balance must be paid before your booking can be redeemed.

6. Non-Payment Policy: If your balance is not paid in full by the start of the festival, your camp will not be reserved, and no refunds will be issued.

7. Cancellation Policy: You may cancel your plan at any time, but please note that all payments made up to that point are non-refundable.
