What's Included
  • Personalized Placement: Choose your ideal spot within the Coachella festival grounds, and our team will meet you there to set up your luxury camp.
  • Full Setup Service: Relax while we take care of setting up your 7×7 canvas tipi, 18-inch queen-sized air mattress, premium bedding, UV-resistant canopy, and all other included amenities.
  • All Community Camp Amenities: Enjoy full access to our exclusive community lounge area, featuring WiFi, changing stations, showers, inflatable couches, a grill, stove, and food prep area.
Check-in and Check-out
  • Check-In: Arrive anytime on or after Thursday, April 10, 2025. Once you’ve secured your preferred spot, notify our team, and we’ll handle the rest.
  • Check-Out: On Monday, April 14, 2025, our team will arrive to break down your camp. You’re responsible for the equipment until our team arrives, so please communicate any specific time constraints in advance.
Important Notes
  • Shuttle Passes: Shuttle services are not included but can be purchased from Coachella. Visit the official Coachella website for pricing and details.
  • Carpooling: We’ll set up a group chat to help guests arrange carpools. Best in Tents is not liable for carpool-related issues.
  • Community Camp Location: We will be setting up in the car camping area.
  • Camping Passes/Tickets: Our packages do not cover the cost of festival tickets or camping passes; these must be obtained directly through Coachella’s official website.
3rd Person Upgrade
  • If you plan on having 3 people at your camp you will have to purchase an additional camp or take advantage of our 3rd person upgrade. The upgrade will include an additional twin-size air mattress complete with a pillow, soft blanket, and premium bedding!
