- Location: Empire Polo Club, Indio, CA
- Dates: April 10–14, 2026
Check-In & Check-Out
- Check-in: Meet at 83053 Ave 48 (Walmart, Coachella, CA) by 10:30 AM on Thursday, April 9. Group entry departs at 11:00 AM sharp.
- Check-out: Camps must be vacated by 10:00 AM on Monday, April 13. Gear handoff required before departure.
Important Notes
- Group Departure Required: Late arrivals will incur a $250 fee and will be set up separately.
- Shuttle Passes: Not included. Visit the official event website to purchase.
- Carpool Coordination: A group chat will be created for ride-sharing (not facilitated or guaranteed by Best in Tents).
- Campground Location: Camps are placed in the general car camping area.
- Vehicle Required: A GA camping pass is required to bring your vehicle into the campground.
- Tickets & Passes Not Included: Tickets and camping passes must be purchased separately from the official event website.
