Check-In & Check-Out
- Check-in: Meet at Walmart – 83053 Ave 48, Coachella, CA by 10:30 AM on Thursday, April 9. Group departs at 11:00 AM sharp.
- Check-out: Camps must be vacated by 10:00 AM on Monday, April 13. Equipment responsibility ends at departure.
Important Notes
- Miss the meetup? A $250 private upgrade fee applies if you miss the group entry. Camp will be set up separately.
- Shuttle Passes: Not included. Visit the official event website for pricing and info.
- Carpooling: We’ll help coordinate carpools via a private guest group chat (not managed by Best in Tents).
- Campground Location: Set up in the general car camping area.
- Vehicle Required: Must have a valid GA camping pass to bring your vehicle in.
- Tickets & Passes Not Included: Purchase separately via the official event website.

- Auto Payments: Remaining balance is charged monthly, automatically.
- Failed Payments: We’ll retry automatically and notify you to update your method if needed.
- Transparency: Payment schedule is shown at checkout and in your account dashboard.
Policies:
- Missed Payments: Unpaid balances may result in reservation cancellation. Full payment required to redeem camp.
- Unpaid by Festival Start: Camps not fully paid by the event start will not be honored. No refunds.
- Cancellations: You may cancel at any time, but all payments are non-refundable.
By subscribing, you authorize Best in Tents to charge your saved payment method monthly until the full balance is paid.
