Want your camp placed exactly where you want it? The VIP Placement Add-On lets you personalize your entire camping experience. We’ll meet you at your chosen spot and handle the full setup—no stress, no crowds.

- Dates: April 10–14, 2026
What's Included
- Custom Placement: You choose the spot—we’ll meet you there and build your entire camp on-site.
- Luxury Setup: Includes 7×7 canvas tipi tent, 18” queen air mattress, full bedding, canopy, chairs, cooler, lighting, power station, and more.
- Community Lounge Access: Full access to our premium shared amenities: showers, WiFi, changing area, inflatable couches, and food prep zone.
Check-In & Check-Out
- Check-in: Arrive anytime starting Thursday, April 10. Once your spot is secured, notify our team and we’ll meet you to set everything up.
- Check-out: On Monday, April 14, we’ll return to dismantle your setup. You are responsible for the gear until our team arrives. Please communicate timing in advance.
Important Notes
- Shuttle Passes: Not included. Purchase directly from the official event website.
- Carpooling: Group chats will be created for guests who wish to coordinate rides (facilitated by campers, not Best in Tents).
- Community Camp Area: VIP Placement is separate from our group camp. However, you still get full access to community amenities.
- Tickets & Camping Passes: Not included. These must be purchased separately via the official event website.
