Event Details
- Location: Empire Polo Club, Indio, CA
- Dates: April 17–21, 2026
Check-In & Check-Out
- Check-in: Meet at Walmart (83053 Ave 48, Coachella, CA) at 10:30 AM on Thursday, April 16. Group entry departs at 11:00 AM sharp.
- Check-out: Camps must be vacated by 10:00 AM on Monday, April 20. Responsibility ends when our crew arrives for teardown.
Important Notes
- Miss the Meetup? Late arrivals will need to upgrade to private placement for $250. Your camp will be set up separately.
- Shuttle Passes: Not included. Visit the official event website for options.
- Carpooling: A group chat will be created to help guests coordinate rides (facilitated by guests).
- Camp Location: Community Camp is placed in the general car camping area.
- Vehicle Requirements: You’ll need a GA camping pass to bring your vehicle into the festival campground.
- Tickets & Camping Passes: Not included. Purchase directly via the official event website.
