Check-In & Check-Out
- Check-in: Thursday, April 16 at 10:30 AM. Meet at 83053 Ave 48, Coachella, CA (Walmart). Group departs at 11:00 AM sharp.
- Check-out: Monday, April 20 at 10:00 AM. Gear is your responsibility until our team arrives to tear down.
Important Notes
- Miss the Meetup? You’ll need to upgrade to private placement ($250 fee). Your camp will be separate from the group.
- Shuttle Passes: Not included. Visit the official event website for shuttle options.
- Carpooling: Group chat provided to help coordinate rides (self-organized).
- Camp Location: Community Camp is set up in the GA car camping area.
- Vehicle Requirement: A GA camping pass is required for vehicle entry to the grounds.
- Tickets & Passes: Not included. Visit the official event website to purchase.
Payment Plan Details

- First Payment: Charged at checkout to reserve your camp.
- Auto Monthly Billing: Remaining balance is charged monthly on the same day using your saved payment method.
- Failed Payment? We’ll automatically retry and notify you to update your payment info if needed.
- Full Transparency: Your payment schedule is displayed during checkout and in your account dashboard.
Policy Reminders:
- Missed Payments: Multiple failed charges may result in reservation cancellation. Full payment is required to redeem your camp.
- Unpaid by Event Start: If your subscription is incomplete by festival start, the camp will not be reserved and no refunds will be issued.
- Cancellations: You may cancel anytime, but all payments made are non-refundable. Canceling early forfeits your reservation.
By subscribing, you authorize Best in Tents to charge your saved payment method monthly until the full balance is paid.
