What's Included
- Personalized Placement: You choose your ideal camping location—we’ll meet you there and handle the full setup.
- Complete Setup Service: We’ll build your luxury camp including 7×7 canvas tipi, queen mattress, premium bedding, canopy, seating, power, and more.
- Community Lounge Access: Get full access to our shared lounge with WiFi, showers, changing stations, inflatable couches, grill, stove, and food prep area.
Check-In & Check-Out
- Check-in: Arrive anytime on or after Thursday, April 17. Once your preferred spot is secured, notify our team and we’ll handle setup on-site.
- Check-out: Our team will return Monday, April 21 to break down your camp. You’re responsible for the equipment until we arrive. Please communicate any special time requests in advance.
Important Notes
- Shuttle Passes: Not included. Visit the official event website to purchase shuttle access.
- Carpooling: We provide a group chat for guests to coordinate rides. Best in Tents is not responsible for transportation issues.
- Camping Passes & Tickets: Not included. These must be purchased separately through the official event website.
