• Location: Electric Forest Festival 2025, Double JJ Resort, Rothbury, MI
• Dates: June 17-23, 2025

• Check-in: Community Campers are welcome to arrive at the official campgrounds anytime after noon on the opening day of the event. Please check in at the designated Best in Tents LLC area where our staff will assist you with your camping setup and provide any necessary information.
• Check-out: The responsibility for the equipment concludes upon your departure from the campsite. Renters must vacate by 10 am on the final day of the event. Do not abandon our equipment. If you have a time constraint, please communicate it upon booking and check-in, and we will do everything in our power to accommodate you. If we are running late, you will still be responsible for the equipment until we arrive.

• Shuttle Passes: Shuttle services are not included but can be purchased from Electric Forest. Visit the official Electric Forest website for pricing and details.
• Carpooling: We’ll set up a group chat to help guests arrange carpools. Best in Tents is not liable for carpool-related issues.
• Camp Location: We will be setting up in the group camping area. In order to join our group you will need to purchase a group camp member ticket for our specific camp. The group camp member ticket can be purchased here.
• Parking: We will have a limited number of vehicle passes to give out to people who book. If bringing a vehicle, contact us upon booking and let us know. Vehicle passes are first come first served and if we run out you may need to purchase a GA camping pass to get your vehicle in.
• Camping Passes/Tickets: Our packages do not cover the cost of festival tickets or camping passes; these must be obtained directly through Electric Forest’s official website.

• If you plan on having 3 people at your camp you will have to purchase an additional camp or take advantage of our 3rd person upgrade. The upgrade will include an additional twin-size air mattress complete with a pillow, soft blanket, and premium bedding!
