What’s Included:

• Spacious Canvas Tent: Enjoy a roomy 7×7 feet canvas tent Tipi with a height of 8 feet, providing ample space and a cozy environment.
• Secure Lock: Keep your belongings safe with a secure lock for added privacy and security.
• Comfortable Bedding: Sleep soundly on an 18-inch thick queen-sized air mattress with premium sheets and a plush queen-sized blanket.
• Unique Touches: Experience the added comfort of a handmade outdoor-use blanket from Mexico (for floor).
• Outdoor Seating: Relax in two (2) comfortable camping chairs.
• Convenient Amenities: Utilize a small table for holding drinks and small items, and a 36-quart ice chest on wheels for storing and cooling beverages and food.
• Shade and Protection: Stay cool under a 10×10 UV-resistant canopy (mesh walls available upon request).
• Ventilation and Lighting: Enjoy a 6-inch rechargeable electric fan for ventilation and color-changing lights to create a pleasant and customizable ambiance.

• Community Lounge Access: Enjoy full access to our community lounge area, featuring WiFi, community changing stations, showers, inflatable couches for lounging, and a grill, stove, and food prep area.

Check-in and Check-out:

• Check-in: Community Campers are welcome to arrive at the official campgrounds anytime after noon on the opening day of the event. Please check in at the designated Best in Tents LLC area where our staff will assist you with your camping setup and provide any necessary information.
• Check-out: The responsibility for the equipment concludes upon your departure from the campsite. Renters must vacate by 10 am on the final day of the event. Do not abandon our equipment. If you have a time constraint, please communicate it upon booking and check-in, and we will do everything in our power to accommodate you. If we are running late, you will still be responsible for the equipment until we arrive.

Important Notes:

• Shuttle Passes: Shuttle services are not included but can be purchased from Electric Forest. Visit the official Electric Forest website for pricing and details.
• Carpooling: We’ll set up a group chat to help guests arrange carpools. Best in Tents is not liable for carpool-related issues.
• Camp Location: We will be setting up in the group camping area. In order to join our group you will need to purchase a group camp member ticket for our specific camp. The group camp member ticket can be purchased here.
• Parking: We will have a limited number of vehicle passes to give out to people who book. If bringing a vehicle, contact us upon booking and let us know. Vehicle passes are first come first served and if we run out you may need to purchase a GA camping pass to get your vehicle in.
• Camping Passes/Tickets: Our packages do not cover the cost of festival tickets or camping passes; these must be obtained directly through Electric Forest’s official website.

Payment Plan Details:

Our flexible interest-free payment plan makes it easy to book your Electric Forest Camping Rental while spreading the cost over manageable monthly payments. Here’s how it works:

1. Immediate First Payment: The first payment is charged as soon as you complete your purchase, securing your booking.
2. Automatic Monthly Payments: The remaining payments will be automatically charged based on the terms outlined in the payment plan (e.g., $150.00/month for 6 months).
3. Tailored Plans: Payment plan terms vary depending on the total cost of the product. Please refer to the specific plan details listed in the product description.
4. Seamless Process: No additional setup is required after purchase—just sit back and enjoy the convenience of automatic payments.
5. Missed Payments: If any payment fails to go through for any reason, the remaining balance must be paid in full before you can redeem your booking.
6. Non-Payment Consequences: If you fail to pay the full balance by the start of the festival, you will not be able to redeem your camp, and no refunds will be issued for any payments already made.
7. Cancellation Policy: Please note that if you decide to cancel your payment plan for any reason, no refunds will be provided for installments already paid.

3rd Person Upgrade:

• If you plan on having 3 people at your camp you will have to purchase an additional camp or take advantage of our 3rd person upgrade. The upgrade will include an additional twin-size air mattress complete with a pillow, soft blanket, and premium bedding!
