What's Included
- Personalized Placement: Choose your perfect location within the Electric Forest campgrounds, and our team will meet you there to set up your luxury camp.
- Full Setup Service: Relax while we handle the complete setup of your 7×7 canvas tipi, 18-inch queen-sized air mattress, premium bedding, UV-resistant canopy, and all included amenities.
- All Community Camp Amenities: Enjoy full access to our community lounge area, featuring WiFi, changing stations, showers, inflatable couches, a grill, stove, and food prep area.
Check-in and Check-out
- Check-In:
- For Group Campers: Arrive anytime after noon on Tuesday, June 18, 2025.
- For Non-Group Campers: Arrive on Thursday, June 20, 2025, when Electric Forest’s GA camping gates open. Notify us of your chosen location upon arrival, and we’ll handle the rest.
- Check-Out: On Monday, June 23, 2025, our team will arrive to break down your camp. You’re responsible for the equipment until our team arrives, so please communicate any specific time constraints in advance.
Important Notes
- Shuttle Passes: Shuttle services are not included but can be purchased from Electric Forest. Visit the official Electric Forest website for pricing and details.
- Carpooling: We’ll set up a group chat to help guests arrange carpools. Best in Tents is not liable for carpool-related issues.
- Vehicles: If you plan on bringing a vehicle, you’ll need a GA camping pass.
- Camping Passes/Tickets: Our packages do not cover the cost of festival tickets or camping passes; these must be obtained directly through Electric Forest’s official website.
3rd Person Upgrade
- If you plan on having 3 people at your camp you will have to purchase an additional camp or take advantage of our 3rd person upgrade. The upgrade will include an additional twin-size air mattress complete with a pillow, soft blanket, and premium bedding!
