• Convenient Amenities: Utilize a small table for holding drinks and small items, and a 36-quart ice chest on wheels for storing and cooling beverages and food.
• Shade and Protection: Stay cool under a 10×10 UV-resistant canopy (mesh walls available upon request).
• Ventilation and Lighting: Enjoy a 6-inch rechargeable electric fan for ventilation and color-changing lights to create a pleasant and customizable ambiance.
• Power Supply: Charge your devices with a power supply unit featuring 2 power outlets and 4 USB outlets, each providing 200 watts of power, powered by a large solar panel.
• Community Lounge Access: Enjoy full access to our community lounge area, featuring WiFi, community changing stations, showers, inflatable couches for lounging, and a grill, stove, and food prep area.

• Check-in:
  • Community Campers can check in at the tent/car camping area any time or day after 12 noon on Wednesday, May 21st, 2025. Notify us when you are completely done with check-in and have entered the campgrounds, and we will promptly escort you to your camp.

  Check-out:

  • Responsibility for the equipment concludes upon departure from the campsite.
  • Renters must vacate by 10 AM on Monday, May 26th, 2025.

• Shuttle Passes: The Lightning buss is a shuttle that goes from either LAX or Downtown LA to Lightning in a Bottle. For pricing, details and reservations please visit the official Lightning Bus website.
• Carpooling: We’ll set up a group chat to help guests arrange carpools. Best in Tents is not liable for carpool-related issues.
• Community Camp Location: We will be setting up in the tent/car camping area.
• Vehicle: A vehicle is not required for Lightning in a Bottle camping, but if you plan on bringing one, you are going to need a car camping pass.
• Camping Passes/Tickets: Our packages do not cover the cost of festival tickets or camping passes; these must be obtained directly through Lightning in a Bottle’s official website.

• If you plan on having 3 people at your camp you will have to purchase an additional camp or take advantage of our 3rd person upgrade. The upgrade will include an additional twin-size air mattress complete with a pillow, soft blanket, and premium bedding!

• Prefer to camp away from the community camp area? Opt for our VIP Placement add-on! Our team will meet you anywhere on the festival grounds and set up your luxury camp exactly where you want it, giving you a more private and personalized experience.

Our flexible payment plan makes it easy to book your Community Lightning in a Bottle Camping Rental while spreading the cost over manageable monthly payments. Here’s how it works:

1. Immediate First Payment: The first payment is charged as soon as you complete your purchase, securing your booking.
2. Automatic Monthly Payments: The remaining payments will be automatically charged based on the terms outlined in the payment plan (e.g., $150.00/month for 6 months).
3. Tailored Plans: Payment plan terms vary depending on the total cost of the product. Please refer to the specific plan details listed in the product description.
4. Seamless Process: No additional setup is required after purchase—just sit back and enjoy the convenience of automatic payments.
5. Missed Payments: If any payment fails to go through for any reason, the remaining balance must be paid in full before you can redeem your booking.
6. Non-Payment Consequences: If you fail to pay the full balance by the start of the festival, you will not be able to redeem your camp, and no refunds will be issued for any payments already made.
7. Cancellation Policy: Please note that if you decide to cancel your payment plan for any reason, no refunds will be provided for installments already paid.
