What's Included
- Personalized Placement: Choose your preferred location within the Lightning in a Bottle campgrounds, and our team will meet you there to set up your luxury camp.
- Full Setup Service: Enjoy stress-free convenience as we set up your 7×7 canvas tipi, 18-inch queen-sized air mattress, premium bedding, UV-resistant canopy, and all other included amenities.
- All Community Camp Amenities: Enjoy full access to our community lounge area, featuring WiFi, changing stations, showers, inflatable couches, a grill, stove, and food prep area.
Check-in and Check-out
- Check-In: Arrive anytime on or after Wednesday, May 21, 2025, after 12 noon. Once you’ve secured your spot, notify our team, and we’ll handle the rest.
- Check-Out: On Monday, May 26, 2025, our team will arrive to break down your camp. You’re responsible for the equipment until our team arrives, so please communicate any specific time constraints in advance.
Important Notes
- Shuttle Passes: The Lightning buss is a shuttle that goes from either LAX or Downtown LA to Lightning in a Bottle. For pricing, details and reservations please visit the official Lightning Bus website.
- Carpooling: We’ll set up a group chat to help guests arrange carpools. Best in Tents is not liable for carpool-related issues.
- Community Camp Location: We will be setting up in the tent/car camping area.
- Vehicle: A vehicle is not required for Lightning in a Bottle camping, but if you plan on bringing one, you are going to need a car camping pass.
- Camping Passes/Tickets: Our packages do not cover the cost of festival tickets or camping passes; these must be obtained directly through Lightning in a Bottle’s official website.
3rd Person Upgrade
- If you plan on having 3 people at your camp you will have to purchase an additional camp or take advantage of our 3rd person upgrade. The upgrade will include an additional twin-size air mattress complete with a pillow, soft blanket, and premium bedding!
