- Please Note: If you opt for the VIP Placement upgrade, your rental will not include a tent camping pass. You must have your own camping pass in order to purchase the VIP Placement Upgrade.

- Location: Lost Lands Music Festival, Legend Valley, Thornville, OH
- Dates: September 16–22, 2025
- Check-in: Community Campers can check into our group camping area any time after 7 am on Tuesday, September 16, 2025. Notify us when you have completed check-in, and we will promptly escort you to your camp.
- Check-out: The responsibility for the equipment concludes upon your departure from the campsite. Renters must vacate by 10 am on September 22, 2025.
- Shuttle Passes: Shuttle services are not included but can be purchased from Lost Lands. Visit the official Lost Lands website for pricing and details.
- Carpooling: We’ll set up a group chat to help guests arrange carpools. Best in Tents is not liable for carpool-related issues.
- Camp Location: We will be setting up in the walk-in forest tent camping area.
- Camping Passes: If you are camping in our community, you will not need to purchase a camping pass; we will be include a free walk-in forest tent camping pass with your purchase. If you have already purchased your own tent camping pass AND are staying in the community area please contact us. Upon providing proof of purchase we will be provide a $350 discount off your purchase.
- Parking: If bringing a vehicle you will need to purchase a parking pass.
- Parking Passes/Tickets: Our packages do not cover the cost of festival tickets or parking passes; these must be obtained directly through Lost Land’s official website.
- If you plan on having 3 people at your camp you will have to purchase an additional camp or take advantage of our 3rd person upgrade. The upgrade will include an additional twin-size air mattress complete with a pillow, soft blanket, and premium bedding!
