🔒 Important Policies:

• Missed Payments: If multiple payments fail and your balance remains unpaid, your reservation may be canceled.
• Unpaid at Event Start: If your payment plan isn’t complete by the event start date, your camp will not be reserved. No refunds will be issued.
• Cancellation Policy: Cancel anytime, but all payments made are non-refundable. Canceling before final payment forfeits your reservation.

By subscribing, you authorize Best in Tents to charge your saved payment method automatically each month until your balance is paid in full.

• Check-In: Anytime after 1 PM on Wednesday (date TBA). Head to the Gold camping area and we’ll walk you to your camp.
• Check-Out: Depart by 10 AM on Monday (date TBA). You’re responsible for equipment until we pick it up—please coordinate any timing needs with us.

• Tickets & Passes: Not included. Best in Tents is not affiliated with or endorsed by Bass Canyon. For official tickets, visit the official event website.
• Shuttles: Available through Gorge Shuttles.
• Parking: Requires a GA camping pass for all vehicles.
• Carpooling: We’ll set up a group chat to help coordinate travel if needed.
