Policies & Cancellations
  • Missed Payments: Multiple failed payments may result in cancellation
  • Unpaid by Event Start: If your balance isn't paid in full by the festival start, your reservation will be void. No refunds issued.
  • Cancellations: You may cancel anytime, but all payments made are non-refundable

By subscribing, you authorize Best in Tents to charge your saved payment method monthly until the full balance is paid.
