Event Details
- Location: Spirit of the Suwannee Music Park, Live Oak, FL
- Dates: October 28 – November 2, 2026
Check-in and Check-out
- Check-in: Guests with early arrival passes can check in after 12:00 PM on Tuesday, October 28th, 2026. Once inside the grounds, notify us and we’ll escort you to your camp.
- Check-out: All guests must depart by 10:00 AM on Monday, November 3rd, 2026.
Important Notes
- Shuttles: Shuttle services are available for this event! For full shuttle info, visit the official event website.
- Carpooling: We’ll help guests connect through a group chat. Best in Tents is not liable for carpool arrangements.
- Camp Area: Our Dream Camp is located in the GA tent camping zone, near key amenities.
- Vehicles: No car required. If bringing one, purchase a primitive car camping pass. Without a pass, overnight parking is prohibited—use the shuttle lot for daytime access only.
- Passes & Tickets: Tickets, early arrival, and parking passes are not included. Visit the official event website for all pass purchases.
3rd Person Upgrade
- Bringing a third guest? Add a 3rd Person Upgrade to your booking. Includes twin air mattress, bedding, blanket, and pillow for added comfort.
Work to Earn Crew Program
- Discounts are available for campers that would like to join our “work to earn” crew and help with set up, breakdown or both! Spots are limited, apply here if you are interested!
- If you are able to help with both set up and break down you will qualify for a 50% discount. If you are only able to help with one of the two, you will qualify for a 25% discount.
- If you and a friend are willing to share a camp, and you both are able to attend and help for both set up and breakdown, you can combine your two 50% discounts for 100% off of your camp!
- In order to help you will have to be available and present the day we are setting up or breaking down. The set up and breakdown dates and times for this event are as follows:
- Set up: October 28th @ 12 noon
- Breakdown: November 3rd @ 9:00 AM
