What's Included
- Personalized Placement: Choose your preferred location within the Nocturnal Wonderland campgrounds, and our team will meet you there to set up your luxury camp.
- Full Setup Service: Enjoy stress-free convenience as we set up your 7×7 canvas tipi, 18-inch queen-sized air mattress, premium bedding, UV-resistant canopy, and all other included amenities.
- All Community Camp Amenities: Enjoy full access to our community lounge area, featuring WiFi, changing stations, showers, inflatable couches, a grill, stove, and food prep area.
Check-in and Check-out
- Check-In: Arrive at your leisure (date TBA). Notify us once you’ve secured your preferred location, and we’ll promptly set up your camp. For setup requests before 1 PM, please communicate your needs in advance, and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.
- Check-Out: On your departure day, our staff will arrive to break down your camp, typically starting around 10 AM. You’re responsible for the equipment until our team arrives, so please communicate any specific time constraints in advance.
Important Notes
- Shuttle Passes: Shuttle services are not included but can be purchased from Nocturnal Wonderland. Visit the official Nocturnal Wonderland website for pricing and details.
- Carpooling: We’ll set up a group chat to help guests arrange carpools. Best in Tents is not liable for carpool-related issues.
- Community Camp Location: We will be setting up in the car camping area.
- Camping Passes/Tickets: Our packages do not cover the cost of festival tickets or camping passes; these must be obtained directly through Nocturnal Wonderland’s official website.
3rd Person Upgrade
- If you plan on having 3 people at your camp you will have to purchase an additional camp or take advantage of our 3rd person upgrade. The upgrade will include an additional twin-size air mattress complete with a pillow, soft blanket, and premium bedding!
