Check-in and Check-out:
- Check-in: Private campers are welcome to arrive at the official campgrounds anytime after 2 PM on Wednesday. We will set up your camp wherever you would like on the festival grounds.
- Check-out: The responsibility for the equipment extends until our staff arrive to perform the breakdown of the camp on Monday. Under no circumstance can campers abandon our equipment. If you have time constraints, please let us know upon booking and we will do our best to accommodate your schedule
Important Notes:
- Carpooling: We’ll set up a group chat to help guests arrange carpools. Best in Tents is not liable for carpool-related issues.
- Community Camp Location: We will be setting up in the car camping area.
- Vehicle: A vehicle is not required for Same Same but Different camping. However, if bringing a vehicle you need to purchase a car camping pass to get your vehicle in.
- Camping Passes/Tickets: Our packages do not cover the cost of festival tickets or camping passes; these must be obtained directly through Same Same but Different official website.
Payment Plan Details:
Our flexible payment plan makes it easy to book your Private Same Same But Different Camping Rental while spreading the cost over manageable monthly payments. Here’s how it works:
- Immediate First Payment: The first payment is charged as soon as you complete your purchase, securing your booking.
- Automatic Monthly Payments: The remaining payments will be automatically charged based on the terms outlined in the payment plan (e.g., $150.00/month for 6 months).
- Tailored Plans: Payment plan terms vary depending on the total cost of the product. Please refer to the specific plan details listed in the product description.
- Seamless Process: No additional setup is required after purchase—just sit back and enjoy the convenience of automatic payments.
- Missed Payments: If any payment fails to go through for any reason, the remaining balance must be paid in full before you can redeem your booking.
- Non-Payment Consequences: If you fail to pay the full balance by the start of the festival, you will not be able to redeem your camp, and no refunds will be issued for any payments already made.
- Cancellation Policy: Please note that if you decide to cancel your payment plan for any reason, no refunds will be provided for installments already paid.
3rd Person Upgrade:
- If you plan on having 3 people at your camp you will have to purchase an additional camp or take advantage of our 3rd person upgrade. The upgrade will include an additional twin-size air mattress complete with a pillow, soft blanket, and premium bedding!
