• Check-in: Community Campers are welcome to arrive at the official campgrounds anytime after 2pm on Wednesday. Please check in at the designated Best in Tents car camping area where our staff will assist you with setting into your campsite and provide any necessary information.
• Check-out: The responsibility for the equipment concludes upon your departure from the campsite. Renters must vacate by 10 AM on Monday.

• Carpooling: We’ll set up a group chat to help guests arrange carpools. Best in Tents is not liable for carpool-related issues.
• Community Camp Location: We will be setting up in the car camping area.
• Vehicle: A vehicle is not required for Same Same but Different camping. However, if bringing a vehicle you need to purchase a car camping pass to get your vehicle in.
• Camping Passes/Tickets: Our packages do not cover the cost of festival tickets or camping passes; these must be obtained directly through Same Same but Different official website.

• If you plan on having 3 people at your camp you will have to purchase an additional camp or take advantage of our 3rd person upgrade. The upgrade will include an additional twin-size air mattress complete with a pillow, soft blanket, and premium bedding!
