What's Included
- Personalized Placement: Choose your ideal spot within the festival grounds, and our team will meet you there to set up your luxury camp.
- Full Setup Service: We’ll handle the setup of your 7×7 canvas tipi, 18-inch queen-sized air mattress, premium bedding, UV-resistant canopy, and all included amenities exactly where you want it.
- All Community Camp Amenities: Enjoy full access to the community lounge area, including WiFi, showers, inflatable couches, changing stations, and a grill, stove, and food prep area.
Check-in and Check-out
- Check-In: Arrive anytime after 10 AM on Thursday, October 9, 2025. Let us know where you’ve secured your spot, and we’ll meet you there to set up your camp.
- Check-Out: On Monday, October 13, 2025, our staff will arrive to break down your camp. You’re responsible for the equipment until our team arrives, so please communicate any specific time constraints in advance. Do not under any circumstances abandon our equipment before we arrive for breakdown.
Important Notes
- Carpooling: We’ll set up a group chat to help guests arrange carpools. Best in Tents is not liable for carpool-related issues.
- Parking: Parking in our group camping area has limited availability, and once it fills up, you’ll need to buy a parking pass in order to bring a vehicle in.
- Camping Passes/Tickets: Our packages do not cover the cost of festival tickets, camping passes or parking passes; these must be obtained directly through the Seven Stars Official Site.
3rd Person Upgrade
- If you plan on having 3 people at your camp you will have to add an additional camp or opt for a 3rd person upgrade. The upgrade will include an additional twin-size air mattress complete with a pillow, soft blanket, and premium bedding!
