Whether you want to be in the middle of the action or tucked away in a quiet corner, our VIP Placement Camp upgrade gives you the flexibility to choose your ideal location—while we handle all the setup.

  • Location: Double JJ Resort, Rothbury, Michigan
  • Dates: June 17–23, 2025
What’s Included
  • Custom Placement: Choose your preferred spot on the campground. We’ll meet you there and set up your entire luxury camp.
  • Full Camp Setup: Includes a 7×7 ft canvas tipi tent, 18-inch queen air mattress, bedding, canopy, power station, lighting, seating, and more.
  • Access to Dream Camp Amenities: Lounge access with WiFi, changing stations, showers, inflatable couches, grill, stove, and food prep space.
Check-in and Check-out
  • Check-In: Upon your arrival, let us know your chosen location and we’ll set up your camp accordingly.
  • Check-Out: Our team will return on June 23, 2025 to handle teardown. You are responsible for the equipment until we arrive—please communicate any time constraints in advance.
Important Notes
  • Tickets & Passes: Not included. Best in Tents is not affiliated with or endorsed by Electric Forest. Please visit the official event website for ticketing.
  • Vehicles: If you plan to bring a vehicle, a GA camping pass is required.
  • Shuttles: Shuttle passes must be purchased separately.
  • Carpooling: We help coordinate carpools in a group chat, but all travel is at your own risk.
