Best in Tents offers luxury festival camping rentals at a variety of music and cultural camping festivals across the country. We regularly update our website with the list of festivals we’ll be attending each season. If you don’t see your festival listed, feel free to reach out to us, as we’re always looking to expand our festival camping offerings.

The cost of our services varies from event to event, primarily due to the differing expenses we incur for each festival. These factors include rental costs for hauling equipment, mileage fees, fuel costs, and the price of our own festival camping passes and tickets. Additionally, the length of the festival also influences the pricing. Despite these variations, we are committed to maintaining fair and reasonable pricing. Ensuring that our guests receive value for their money without compromising on the quality of service is a top priority for us at Best in Tents.

Each of our luxury festival camps includes a spacious canvas tent, a queen-sized air mattress with soft bedding, a UV-resistant canopy with mesh walls, solar power generators, and a variety of camping essentials like chairs, a table, and an ice chest. We also offer exclusive amenities at our Community Camps, such as Wi-Fi, access to a grill, and more.

Absolutely! We offer both Private and Community Camp options. The Community Camp is great for those who love to socialize and be part of a group, while the Private Camp offers more seclusion. Each has its unique benefits, and you can choose the one that best suits your festival experience.

We offer a special discount for guests who opt for the Community Camp. This is because the Private Camp requires more resources in terms of labor, and there’s a higher risk of equipment damage or loss.

Our Community Camp offers a range of exclusive amenities that vary by event but potentially include Wi-Fi, access to a propane grill and stove, live DJ sets, and an inflatable pool. These added perks are designed to enhance your festival camping experience, offering both convenience and entertainment. Guests choosing the Private Camp should be aware that while they can still access these exclusive amenities, they will need to visit the Community Camp area to enjoy them.

If you choose the Community Camp, be aware that depending on the festival, you might need to meet with our group for a coordinated entry. Missing this meet-up means your booking will be adjusted to a Private Camp, incurring additional costs. This change in booking type and the associated extra fee will need to be settled before we set up your festival camp.

We understand that plans can change. For cancellations, please notify us as soon as possible. Our policy is that the initial 50% deposit is non-refundable.

If you’re opting to be part of our Community Camp, it’s important to acquire the same type of festival camping pass as we use, typically a General Admission (GA) pass. This ensures that you’re located within our designated community area. On the other hand, if you prefer to camp in a specific or preferred festival camping area, you will need to book a Private Camp. This option allows you more flexibility in choosing a different festival camping pass, such as one for preferred or VIP areas.

Although we do not sell festival camping passes directly, we can guide you to a trustworthy third-party vendor if you need assistance in acquiring one. Please let us know your specific requirements, and we will strive to accommodate them as best as we can.
