Event Details
- Location: Arrington, Virginia
- Dates: October 9–13, 2025
- Check-in: After 10 AM on Thursday, October 9, 2025. Notify us when you're inside and we’ll escort you to your camp.
- Check-out: By 10 AM on Monday, October 13, 2025. Equipment responsibilities end once you exit the camp area.
- Carpooling: We’ll help coordinate carpools but are not responsible for them.
- Parking: Very limited—first come, first served. Otherwise, parking pass required.
- Camping Passes: Not required for our group area—just book with us!
