Important: Event tickets, wristbands, camping passes, and vehicle passes are not included. Your third person needs their own valid event credentials.

Event Details
Location: Reno, Nevada (Off-Site Pickup)
Event Dates: August 30 – September 7, 2026
Gear Pickup:
12:00 PM (Noon) — Saturday, August 29, 2026
Pickup is off-site in Reno. Exact location provided after booking.
Gear Return:
11:00 AM — Tuesday, September 8, 2026
Return to designated Reno location.
Responsibility:
You are responsible for all equipment from pickup through return. Missing or damaged items may incur charges.
Flexibility:
Need different timing? Let us know at pickup — adjustments must be arranged in advance.
Important Notes
- Travel & Shuttles: Transportation to and from the festival is not included. For official shuttle and travel options, please refer to the festival’s website.
- Vehicles & RVs:Â If you plan to bring a vehicle or RV into the campgrounds, you are responsible for purchasing any required vehicle/RV camping passes directly from the festival.
- Tickets & Passes:Â Event tickets, camping passes, early-entry passes, and vehicle/RV passes are not included.
