This pass gives members the ability to reserve Best In Tents camping gear rentals at multiple events during the season, ensuring your campsite is equipped with dependable gear wherever you travel.

Best In Tents operates strictly as a camping gear rental provider. We do not sell festival tickets or camping passes, and all customers must hold a valid festival admission ticket and camping pass issued by the event organizer.


What the Red Carpet Pass Includes

Members receive priority access to reserve Best In Tents camping gear rentals for select festivals throughout the season.

How It Works

  1. Purchase a Red Carpet Pass for the season
  2. Once purchased, add the festivals you are attending to your cart
  3. At checkout, you will automatically receive a 100% discount with your Red Carpet Pass promo code
  4. Arrive at the festival with your own admission ticket and camping pass

Your equipment will be ready for pickup or setup according to the policies of that specific event.


Important Information

  • The Red Carpet Pass is not a festival ticket or camping pass.

  • All guests must purchase their festival admission and camping credentials separately from the event organizer.

  • Best In Tents provides camping equipment rentals only.

  • Equipment availability and setup options may vary depending on festival regulations and logistics.

Important Notes

  • Premium Perks: Third-person upgrades are included with every booking.
  • Book at least 30 days in advance for guaranteed availability. Bookings within 72 hours–30 days are subject to open inventory.
  • The pass is non-transferable—the person named on the order must be present to check in.
  • Booking Deadlines: 30+ days before the event = guaranteed camp. 72 hours–30 days = subject to availability. No bookings accepted within 72 hours of event start.
  • No-Show Policy: A no-show or cancellation within 10 days of the event counts as a strike. Two strikes = pass revoked without refund.
  • No Resale: Camps booked with the pass may not be sold or transferred for profit.

VIP Placement Add-On
  • Prefer to camp away from the main Dream Camp area? Opt for our VIP Placement add-on! Our team will meet you anywhere within the permitted camping areas and set up your luxury camp in your preferred spot, giving you a more private and personalized experience.
Important Notes
  • Travel & Shuttles: Transportation to and from the festival is not included. For official shuttle and travel options, please refer to the festival’s website.
  • Carpooling: We may create a group chat to help Dream Camp guests organize rides. Best in Tents is not responsible for carpool logistics or travel arrangements.
  • Camp Location: Dream Camp will be set up in a designated group camping area within the main festival campgrounds. Exact placement is subject to festival rules and on-site logistics.
  • Vehicles & RVs: If you plan to bring a vehicle or RV into the campgrounds, you are responsible for purchasing any required vehicle/RV camping passes directly from the festival.
  • Tickets & Passes: Event tickets, camping passes, early-entry passes, and vehicle/RV passes are not included. Best in Tents is not affiliated with or endorsed by Shambhala Music Festival, Salmo River Ranch, or their organizers. For official ticketing and pass information, visit the official event website.
3rd Person Upgrade
  • If your group includes 3 people, either book a second camp or use our 3rd person upgrade. It includes a twin-size air mattress, premium bedding, pillow, and soft blanket.
Work to Earn Crew Program
  • Discounts are available for campers that would like to join our “work to earn” crew and help with set up, breakdown or both! Spots are limited, apply here if you are interested!
  • If you are able to help with both set up and break down you will qualify for a 50% discount. If you are only able to help with one of the two, you will qualify for a 25% discount.
  • If you and a friend are willing to share a camp, and you both are able to attend and help for both set up and breakdown, you can combine your two 50% discounts for 100% off of your camp!
  • In order to help you will have to be available and present the day we are setting up or breaking down. The set up and breakdown dates and times for this event are as follows:
  • Set up: July 21st @ 12 noon
  • Breakdown: July 27th @ 9:00 AM
