We don’t rent campsite space — we provide staged, fully set-up gear packages. Once our 25 gear setups are reserved, we cannot add additional equipment.

This is a gear rental only — no on-site setup, delivery, or teardown is provided.
How This Works (Read This Carefully)
1. Reserve Your Gear
Book your rental package in advance.
2. Pick Up in Reno, NV
Your gear will be staged at a designated pickup location in Reno.
The exact address and instructions will be sent after booking.
All equipment is packed into a large transport duffel designed for easy handling and travel.
3. Transport to the Desert
You are responsible for bringing your gear to your campsite.
The duffel is:
- Sized to fit standard vehicles
- Compatible with common festival transport options (including bus services used by attendees)
4. Set Up Your Camp
This is a self-setup experience. You will assemble and arrange your own campsite.
5. Return After the Event
Return all equipment to the designated Reno location after the event.

Gear Pickup:
12:00 PM (Noon) — Saturday, August 29, 2026
Pickup is off-site in Reno. Exact location provided after booking.
Gear Return:
11:00 AM — Tuesday, September 8, 2026
Return to designated Reno location.
Responsibility:
You are responsible for all equipment from pickup through return. Missing or damaged items may incur charges.
Flexibility:
Need different timing? Let us know at pickup — adjustments must be arranged in advance.
Important Notes
- Travel & Shuttles: Transportation to and from the festival is not included. For official shuttle and travel options, please refer to the festival’s website.
- Vehicles & RVs: If you plan to bring a vehicle or RV into the campgrounds, you are responsible for purchasing any required vehicle/RV camping passes directly from the festival.
- Tickets & Passes: Event tickets, camping passes, early-entry passes, and vehicle/RV passes are not included.
