- Meetup Point for Check-in: Join fellow community campers at 83053 Ave 48, Coachella, CA 92236 (Walmart) at 10:30 AM on April 11th. After gathering, we’ll leave for the Coachella festival grounds together at 11:00 AM, ensuring our Coachella community remains intact!
- Price: Only $999 for your hassle-free luxury camping setup, all taxes included.
- Check-out: Bid farewell by 10 AM on April 15, leaving with memories to last a lifetime.
Additional Information
- Exclusions: Please be aware that Coachella camping passes and festival wristbands are sold separately and can be purchased at Coachella.com. It’s also important to note that a vehicle is required for entry into the Coachella campgrounds so be sure to plan accordingly!
- Late Arrival Policy: For community campers, a late arrival post-noon incurs a $250 fee to switch to a private camp setup, ensuring no one misses out on the fun.

- Flexible Check-in: Arrive at your convenience, with setups beginning April 11th typically around 3:00 PM.
- Price: Only $1,249 for your private luxury camping rental, all taxes included.
- Check-out: We respect your schedule. Communicate any constraints, and we’ll accommodate. Equipment responsibility concludes once our team arrives to breakdown on April 15th.
