- Check-in: Apply here to join our group camp for only $95 and arrive at the official campgrounds after noon on June 25, 2024.
- Check-out: Responsibility for the equipment concludes upon departure. Campers must vacate by 10 am on July 1, 2024.

For those seeking solitude or a tailored experience, our Private Camp offers the luxury of choosing your spot for $1449. This includes everything in the Community Camp, plus the freedom to pick your location within the campgrounds.

- When? Arrive at your convenience after noon on Wednesday, June 26th, 2024.
- Next Steps? Once you’ve chosen your spot, notify us. We’ll join you for a personalized setup, ensuring your Private Camp is perfect.
Check-out:
- Expect us on the morning of July 1st for breakdown. Your commitment ends with our arrival, but please, leave no trace. Inform us of any timing issues, and we’ll make your camp breakdown a priority.

- Festival Passes: Note that every Electric Forest pass includes tent camping access. Car camping, however, requires a separate pass. Our packages are crafted to enhance your experience and do not cover festival tickets or additional passes. These passes can be purchased on Electric Forest’s official website.
- Shuttles and Transportation: Best in Tents does not provide shuttle services to and from the venue. Shuttle passes will be available on the Electric Forest website in spring. A group chat for all guests will facilitate carpool arrangements, though Best in Tents assumes no liability for any related issues.
