Check-in Details for Bass Canyon Camping:
- Check-in: Community Campers can arrive and check in at the Gold camping area after 1 pm on August 15th, 2024. Once checked in, notify us, and we’ll escort you to your camp.
- Check-out: Equipment responsibility ends upon departure. Campers must vacate by 10 am on August 19th, 2024.
- Please Note: Booking a community camp grants access to the Gold camping area. If arriving with a vehicle, a GA camping pass is required to park at the venue, and you’ll need to walk to the Gold camping area.
- Festival Passes: Note that Bass Canyon festival passes and camping passes are sold separately. Our packages are crafted to enhance your experience and do not cover festival tickets or additional passes. These passes can be purchased on the Bass Canyon official website.

For those seeking solitude or a tailored experience, our Private Camp offers the luxury of choosing your spot for $999. This includes everything in the Community Camp, plus the freedom to pick your location within the campgrounds.

- When? Arrive at your convenience after 1 pm on Thursday, August 15th, 2024.
- Next Steps? Once you’ve chosen your spot, notify us. We’ll join you for a personalized setup, ensuring your Private Camp is perfect.
Check-out:
- Expect us on the morning of August 19th for breakdown. Your commitment ends with our arrival, but please, leave no trace. Inform us of any timing issues, and we’ll make your camp breakdown a priority.
