Reserve Your Gear
Reserve your camping gear package online before the event.

Arrive At The Staging Area
Your reserved equipment will be prepared and staged in the equipment staging area inside the campground.
You may choose to camp within the staging area or move the equipment to another permitted camping area if allowed by the event.

Use Your Equipment
Your rental equipment is ready for use when you arrive.
Enjoy the festival!

Return The Equipment
At the end of the event, remove your personal belongings and leave the equipment where it was provided.
Our team will collect the rental equipment after the event.

Provided the camper holds valid tickets and any required early-entry passes from the festival.
Equipment Return
11 am Monday, Sept 21st, 2026
Guests are responsible for all equipment until they leave the site. If you anticipate needing flexibility, let us know at check-in so we can coordinate.
Important Notes
- Travel & Shuttles: Transportation to and from the festival is not included. For official shuttle and travel options, please refer to the festival’s website.
- Vehicles & RVs: If you plan to bring a vehicle or RV into the campgrounds, you are responsible for purchasing any required vehicle/RV camping passes directly from the festival.
- Tickets & Passes: Event tickets, camping passes, early-entry passes, and vehicle/RV passes are not included.
