Reserve Your Gear
Book your camping gear package online before the event. Payment plans available.
Arrive at the Staging Area
Your reserved equipment will be prepared and staged in the equipment staging area inside the campground.
You may choose to camp within the staging area or move the equipment to another permitted camping area if allowed by the event.
Use Your Equipment
Your rental equipment is ready for use when you arrive. Enjoy the festival!
Return the Equipment
At the end of the event, remove your personal belongings and leave the equipment where it was provided. Our team collects the rental equipment after the event.

Gear Rental Begins: October 28, 2026
Provided the camper holds valid festival tickets.
Equipment Return: November 1, 2026 by 11:00 AM
Guests are responsible for all equipment until departure. If you need flexibility, please coordinate with us at check-in.

Tickets & Passes: Festival tickets, wristbands, camping passes, and vehicle passes are not included. Guests must have valid event credentials.
Travel & Shuttles: Transportation to and from the festival is not included. For official shuttle and travel options, please refer to the festival's website.
Vehicles & RVs: If you plan to bring a vehicle or RV into the campgrounds, you are responsible for purchasing any required vehicle/RV camping passes directly from the festival.
