How It Works

   Reserve your Instant Rental package online before the event.
   
   
2. Pick Up Your Equipment Nearby
   Before the festival, guests will receive pickup instructions for a convenient staging location near the event grounds. Most guests are able to quickly load their equipment into a vehicle, rideshare, or Uber with ease.
   
   Exact pickup details will be provided closer to the event.
   
   
3. Arrive At The Festival
   Once inside the campground, your complete setup fits into the included transport wagon for easy movement directly to your campsite.
   
   
4. Set Up Camp
   Our system is intentionally designed for quick and simple setup — spend less time on logistics and more time enjoying the festival.

5. Pack Up & Return
   At the end of the event, pack the equipment back into the wagon and return it to the designated drop-off location provided during check-in.

Optional Community Camping Opportunities
