Your gear rental is available for early arrivals. If you're heading to the playa before the event officially begins — whether you have an early entry pass, you're helping build with a camp, or you just want extra time to settle in — you can pick up your gear early too.

We'll coordinate your Reno pickup timing to match your arrival schedule so your gear is ready when you are.

Just let us know your planned arrival date when you book and we'll have your duffel staged and waiting.

Taking the Burner Bus? Your entire gear rental fits inside a single large black duffel — designed to be compatible with bus luggage storage. Pick up your duffel in Reno before boarding, bring it with you, and you're set.

Driving or flying in? The duffel fits easily in a trunk, back seat, or rideshare. Fly into Reno, pick up your gear, and head out — no need to ship anything or haul oversized equipment.

Pickup & return: All gear is picked up and returned at a designated location in Reno, NV. The exact address and timing details are sent after you book.

Self-setup rental: This is a gear rental only — no on-site setup, delivery, teardown, or on-site support is provided. You are responsible for assembling and disassembling your own campsite.

Tickets & Passes: Event tickets, vehicle passes, and all required credentials are not included. You must secure your own event access.

Transport: You are responsible for transporting your gear from the Reno pickup location to the desert and back.
